Description
These beans undergo a very unique process. Once the beans are harvested they are stored in open warehouses, which are subjected to the harsh winds and rains of the monsoons of the malabar region the beans swell in size, losing much of their acidity in the process.
Resulting in a heavy bodied coffee that displays a wonderfully mellow flavour, with aromas of chocolate, spice and nuts.
